My Story
From a young age growing up in upstate New York, I knew that understanding and helping others would be my life’s work. My journey into mental health counseling began with a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Brooklyn College in 2014, and since then, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding individuals through their most challenging moments. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy, I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and much more.

What drives me every day is the belief that everyone has the strength to heal, grow, and create a life that brings them peace and fulfillment. Overcoming many obstacles and setbacks in my own life only reinforced this idea of transforming your reality to one that suits you best.
